Her perspective is informed by liberatory and emancipatory consciousness theories and models and their potential for individual mental health/wellbeing.

She is Professor of Counseling and Psychology at Lesley University. Her transnational and interdisciplinary academic/scholarly work focuses on structural and systemic harm (racism, sexism, classism, heterosexism, etc.) and sociopolitical realities that impact the wellbeing of disenfranchised individuals and communities globally.

is an Equity, Inclusion and Justice worker, facilitator, trainor and advocate bringing more than a decade of experience to her work across a variety of sectors. Using her lived experiences, her equity knowledge and her HR background, Cristina partners with organizations to bring rigour, accountability and transparency to their equity journeys all in service of creating more just and inclusive spaces.

Currently serving as Associate Director of Human Capital and DEIB at Enspira, Cristina has spent much of her career in nonprofits, most recently holding the role of Director of People Operations at GreenLight Fund where she built and led the HR and DEIB functions. Cristina holds a BA in Sociology from Boston College and a SHRM-SCP certificate. 

is a middle school science teacher in Massachusetts. She strives to create a classroom space where all students feel safe to be curious and confident which gives her joy and hope.

She hopes to spread the inspiration she feels from the heart of Cervitude and the focus on creating communal spaces where we can challenge and question the “norms” of a harsh reality in a caring, self-aware, powerful way together.

My name is Elisa Elena Rodriguez and I have been providing care in community settings for over 25 years. I have worked as a volunteer, counselor, administrator and board member in multiple leading non-profit organizations. These experiences have provided me with a broad perspective on how we as individuals can best intersect with systems. I am hopeful that we can create sustainable systems that are supportive to all involved while providing holistic services with individualized care. 
 

I am currently  the owner of Light Bridge Services, providing therapy to individuals, couples and families. Working with a diverse population,  I am most interested in helping people build self-compassion in order to integrate experiences that have been held paralyzed by shame. We take an individual, community and societal perspective to create a deeper understanding of our experiences.  I am a mother and a first generation immigrant woman;  these identities have expanded my ability to be humble and deeply empathize with others.

Yolanda received a Master of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology from SUNY Fredonia and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from SUNY Fredonia. She has maintained her certification as a Speech Language Pathologist with ASHA, the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.

Her clinical focus through the years as a speech pathologist has been with multi-disciplinary and bilingual populations. She has advanced studies in speech-language assessment and therapy among bilingual students and contributed to the graduate language minority assessment project at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA.

It was during this time, where the development of a website focusing on the language difference versus language disorders in ELL students, was helpful in her continued work educating staff, colleagues and parents in the community. She has been a private practice clinician for more than 12 years.

She continues to work in Lowell, MA in a variety of home based, school and virtual settings. Yolanda has more than 25 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist working in the early childhood community and providing services specifically with second language learners and their families.
